With over a decade of dispatch and customer service expertise, Alexis is our dedicated Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative. Her diverse background includes work in the Midland, Texas oilfield, as well as hands-on experience in drywall, electrical, painting, and roofing. This wide-ranging service industry background, combined with her 4 years specifically in the HVAC business (where she also met her fiancée!), allows Alexis to bring a wealth of knowledge to her role. Above all, Alexis is passionate about providing the best possible service and ensuring the happiness of both our customers and her colleagues. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family, fishing with her fiancée, traveling, and enjoying relaxing moments.
